First, let talk about what CBD really is. According to the CDC, "Cannabidiol (CBD) is a compound found in marijuana. CBD is not impairing, meaning it does not cause a “high.”
Cannabidiol, is the second most prevalent active ingredient in cannabis (marijuana). While CBD is an essential component of medical marijuana, it is derived directly from the hemp plant, a cousin of marijuana, or manufactured in a laboratory. Scientists are still learning about how CBD affects the body, even though it is marketed in a wide range of consumer products. However, many of these products and uses of CBD may not be FDA approved.
There are many self reports that suggest CBD may help with sleep, anxiety, chronic pain, and inflammation. While, I'm not allowed to say that it cures, I can say that it has made a positive impact on my life. It has become a daily regimen for me for the better. My skin has never looked better, and I finally know what real relaxation feels like. This coming from a person who works non stop, and has a son who suffers from chronic Crohn's Disease. There were times this girl, just simply wanted to pull her hair out. However, I can now honestly say I'M GOOD!!!!
There are many forms in which CBD can be taken. Personally I prefer the tincture, and because I live in Texas, I'm not allowed to smoke it. So no puff puff pass here. Hey, I'm perfectly okay with that, because I can still get it in one way or the other. Whatever option your prefer, just consult with your healthcare physician, as you would with anything new. If you're an ol' pro such as myself; carry on then!!!
Hopefully your CBD journey is all that you expected and hoped it would be, if not; get your research on and find the product that is best for you. Life and health no longer have to be compromised, when CBD has so many benefits.
